You can return your order for a refund or exchange up to 30 days after purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Our 30 day guarantee promises that your item is functional for 30 days or a full refund on return.

All items are covered by a 12 month standard manufacturers guarantee.

To complete your return, we require you to fill in a returns form, please request this before returning your item.

Please do not return your item without informing us beforehand. We will provide you with the correct return address, your order must be returned to this address to be eligible. We operate several warehouses in several countries and we will not be held responsible for the loss of returns that we were not informed of.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In rare cases, if you haven’t received a refund, first double-check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is being returned because it was deemed defective or damaged, your shipping will be refunded after an inspection.
